
Dr. Mai Naji and Rosalia Cha presented at Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) in Chicago in March. They explored how digital tools and curriculum mapping can foster more inclusive STEM education for multilingual and newcomer students. Through comparative curriculum analysis across 18 countries, inclusive assessment practices, and community-based resource development (e.g., in Dari and Pashto), they shared strategies to support linguistic and cultural diversity in classrooms. Key tools include multilingual digital resources, culturally relevant pedagogy, and collaborative dissemination efforts.
